CURRENT STUDENTS
 
High School Transcripts
 
Request your official high school transcript by completing Clark's Transcript Request Form.  Allow at least 3-5 business days for processing.
 
For college applications, you MUST send both your high school and college transcripts. 
 
College (IRSC) Transcripts
 
To request Indian River State College transcripts online, log into MyPioneerPortal (https://irsc.okta.com/login/default) and select "Workday Student".   
* Select "View All Apps"
* Select "Academics"
* To send a transcript through the FASTER system to a Florida public college or university, or agency, choose the link that says FASTER Transcript Order (near the bottom of the screen, in the center column).
* To send a transcript to yourself or any other individual or institution, choose the link that says Parchment Transcript Order.  You will be directed to the IRSC Parchment website to order your transcript.  Prices and instructions are listed on the site. 
 
Colleges will NOT let you register for classes, accept financial aid, etc. until they have proof that you graduated!
 
 
STUDENTS WHO HAVE GRADUATED OR ARE NO LONGER ENROLLED AT CLARK
 
If you graduated from Clark between 2015 and the present, please complete Clark's Transcript Request Form.
 
If you graduated prior to 2015, you will need to request official transcripts from the Martin County School District.  To request those records, fax your request to (772) 223-2592 or email your request to risingc@martinschools.org.  Your request MUST include the following: 

Your name (maiden name if you have married)
Date of birth
Last school attended in the Martin County School District
Graduation year or last year of attendance
A phone number you can be reached at
Type of records you are requesting (ie: official transcript, immunizations, etc)
Exact name and address where records will be mailed

A copy of your Photo ID

OFFICIAL AND/OR  UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS CANNOT BE SENT VIA EMAIL

 ***IMPORTANT*** Please read the following:

If your transcript is going to a private address, a clear copy of your photo ID (drivers license preferred) must be included with your request.  There are no exceptions to this policy, if your license is not included in your request, this will result in a transcript processing delay until your ID is received. If your transcript is going directly to a college you do not need to include the photo ID.
